Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Act as third level technical support for all inbound calls providing 24*7 Infrastructure/Application Status surveillance utilizing monitoring, reporting & ticketing software. Update tickets as required by standard procedures, review, assess and complete customer service requests for technical support and escalate to Supervisor if needed. Active and regular maintenance of AS400/iSeries servers without assistance Drive and execute all AS400/iSeries server administrative tasks without assistance Troubleshoot all issues related to AS400/iSeries server administrative tasks without assistance Drive proactive tasks for AS400/ iSeries servers without assistance Document and develop next level AS400/iSeries administrators within team Provide timely response to and follow up with customers for all alerts & tickets via email or phone. Ensure timely resolution to trouble tickets, review and general clean up of Ticket queue. Properly document customer interactions while routing and redirecting problems to correct resources Recommended procedure modifications or improvements Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
