Associate Manager - SPG

JOB PURPOSE

To interact with departments to review and finalize all departmental budgets leading to the formulation of a comprehensive Annual Operating Plan. To drive the Preparation, analysis and monitoring of Strategic Plan through conduct of a Strategy Workshop. To drive business case evaluation and enable senior management to take value based decisions. To provide key inputs via MIS that would enable rational decision making.

Creation of deliverables towards overall DIAL Strategy Development through research, analysis and coordination with internal departments as well as some external stakeholders. Driving the preparation and monitoring of Annual Strategic Plan by carrying out environment scan covering all key aspects of the industry as well as doing internal KPI analysis to identify the overall SWOT. Engage with departments to develop their strategic and functional plans and develop frameworks and structures for periodic review of strategic plans and AOP. Drive business plan evaluations and presentation to management for future developments.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate with MBA preferably majoring in Strategy
Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills
Strong data interpretation and analytical skills
Excellent document writing skills
Comfort in handling MS Excel, PPT and Word.
Financial knowledge and modelling

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

2 to 5 years of experience preferably in corporate Strategy or general management role in infrastructure company
