Ecosystem Integration Lead is leading a team responsible for implementing and managing region-specific integrations with local products, platforms and systems across all Regions in Sanoma Learning. This role is critical in ensuring our products seamlessly fit into the local internal and external ecosystem of each market we serve.
Ecosystem Integration Lead reports to the Market Enablement Domain Lead and collaborates closely with Sanoma Learning Operations teams and business stakeholders to deliver integrations that are both technically sound and aligned with business objectives.
Key job responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Manage and mentor team of integration specialists and engineers.
Set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of integration projects.
Promote agile atmosphere within teams and groups by emphasizing constant customer focus.
Market Fit
Define and own the ecosystem integration strategy aligned with SL objectives.
Maintain deep understanding of local market needs and technical landscapes.
Integration Delivery & Oversight
Review technical designs and provide guidance on architecture, tools, and implementation strategies.
Financials: monitor, prepare and report budgets for Ecosystem Integrations.
Manage identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with integrations development, escalating these where appropriate.
Ensure that integrations adhere to SL security & compliance processes and standards.
Ensure that the deliverables meet quality standards, and that integrations development adheres to the organization's quality assurance processes and industry best practices.
Partner & Stakeholder Collaboration
Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met.
Collaborate with local business, Market Enablement and central Operations teams to ensure integrations meet local requirements.
Work closely with Technical Support to ensure proper customer support for integrations.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Establish KPIs to track integration success and team performance.
Implement processes for continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and iteration
Champion change: promote and drive the change, standardization and new ways of working.
Job requirements
5+ years of experience in integrations, software engineering, or technical project management.
Experience in managing IT / Technology teams.
Extensive knowledge of integration tools and platforms.
Strong technical background and understanding system architectures.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of integration strategies, methodologies and particularly API-based integrations.
Understanding of data structures and experience with data models and data analysis
Strong understanding and working experience with Agile approach and culture.
Experienced working in an international environment. Ability to work with multiple geographies in a multicultural environment.
