The purpose of this role is to manage Clients and coordinate dentsu specialist resources to ensure the Client’s marketing needs are met. They are viewed as a trusted advisor to client, understands and articulates client business insights and leverages to contribute ways to move business forward, lead and monitor the activities; proactively identify client opportunities, manage; must proactively and positively collaborate with the CM team by sharing and aligning their activities with the client director, other business partners and client managers on the account; work with other departments to develop and execute strategies that will build the Client’s business.

Client governance & growth
Manage the Business – delivers the service proposition to clients and full end to end management of the business on individual clients
Proactively Identifies Client Development Opportunities – flags specific client cross sell and upsell opportunities, in alignment with Client Director
Liaises frequently with Media Relations, Trading and Programmatic counterpart to ensure planning proposition is aligned with trading priorities
Seeks understanding of clients’ fee models to maximize business revenue
Develops best practice and more efficient ways of working and to ensure this is interfaces positively and continuously with the rest of the Client Management team and the Activation teams or the other Media/Practices units
Articulates broader purpose and vision with their teams and their collective role in achieving this (the ‘what’ and the ‘why’)

Client Relationship
Relationship Management – owns the client relationships as per the defined relationship strategy for the client
Grant client satisfaction while expanding existing revenue streams and build new ones
Partner all team members across different verticals to ensure they also build strong relationships with their counterparts to deliver outstanding client service Demonstrates understanding of clients’ total needs; anticipates upcoming needs or concerns.
