Engineering Proposal and Subcontracts Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Engineering Proposal and Subcontracts Coordinator reporting directly to Section Head to join our Subcontracting Engineering Proposal and Subcontracting Coordination team based in Technip Energies, Italy, Rome.

 About the opportunity we offer:

 You will work inside the Engineering Proposals & Subcontract Coordination Team, that is in charge of:

• Engineering Services estimate and defintion during tender proposal.
• Management of Engineering Service Subcontracts and coordination with the Engineering Service Supplier.

Key interactions of the Engineering Subcontracting Engineer are: 

• Internally, with Proposal Department, Estimating Department, Planning Department and all Engineering Disciplines.
• Externally with Engineering Companies, including other T.EN Operating Centers.

The role and your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: 

• Definition of Engineering Services and relevart estimation, during the bid phases;
• Supporting the Head of the Engineering Department in the definition of Subcontracting Plan;
• Supporting the Subcontracting Engineering Proposal and Subcontracting Coordination Section Head in the Companies Qualification Process;
• Managing preparation of Engineering Subcontract Requisition for Inquiry;
• Preparing and issue Negotiation Report for Inquiry;
• Managing the issue of Technical/Commercial Tabulation;
• Monitoring of the Engineering Subcontracts Execution;
• Managing Change Orders.

You will have the opportunity to do business trips to attend to technical meetings with Suppliers, move to other T.EN Operating Centers and join our colleagues overseas.

EU Working Permit is Pre-Requisite for Candidates;

Qualifications: Master degree in engineering 

Languages: fluent in English and in Italian;

Main skills:

• Attitude to perform the work in team, in an international and multi-cultural environment;
• Capability to complete tasks on time with the required Company quality level;
• Proactive, committed and solution/results driven;
• Autonomous and Organizational Skills/Time Management;
• Minimum 5 years of experience as discipline engineering coordinator;
• Available to travel in Italy and abroad for short period.
