The owner of the role is part of Strategic and Commercial support organisation, responsible for the following duties under the leadership of GA Support Manager:
- Global Account Team support, including: Sales Support, Processing, Analysis.
Main duties and responsibilities
Data Quality
Check the alignment between the internal store mapping and the one provided by the clients. The check is not only aimed to verify if a particular store is present or not, but also to ensure all the information are correct and shown in a clear and effective way
Insights: Benchmarks review in terms of respecting the Group Data Policy, maintain the delivery tool, updating the recipients list
Extract the key information from the contracts to be easily accessible by all stakeholders
Contracts Management Support
Review of the bonus earned by the clients, to keep track of any outstanding amounts
Review of the invoicing/payment terms applied to the clients in the countries, against General/Local agreements
Investigate the possibility to activate direct debit payments for the clients, in particular knowing where this possibility is feasible and checking the contracts
Other responsibilities and tasks:
Provide support to the Team in the monthly activities in general based on the different priorities of the month (if and when needed).
Support the Head of Group Strategic and Commercial Support in preparing Business power point presentations for internal or external usage with the aim to professionalise the way to present Global Blue identity.
Reporting and collaboration
The holder of the position reports solid-line to GA Support Manager.
The holder of the position collaborates closely with Business Analyst Manager, Global Account Team, BI Team, local Business Support Teams.
Key Qualifications
University degree in Economics or related topic;
Good analytical skills;
Inclination to flexibility and multitasking;
Willing to learn;
Previous experience in a multicultural environment is a plus;
Good Excel modelling skills with the ability to handle data in an efficient way and identify key business performance drivers;
Fluent in written and spoken English;
Excellent communication skills;
Business acumen, self-motivation and strong relationship skills are required;
Autonomous and proactive;
Able to maintain relationships at every level of the organisation.
