For our industrial plant based in Lodi we are looking for a Service HSE Manager.
How you'll make an impact
Develop and implement policies and practices to identify and mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace.
Investigate accidents and liaise with field service engineers, service project managers and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.
Provide advice and training on safety protocols.
Conduct audits and inspections, inside the factory and onsite, to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to employees' health and safety conditions.
Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information required by regulatory agencies.
Conduct risk assessments.

Your background
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related HSE fields.
Previous work experience (2-3 years) in HSE management.
Interest for the industrial field and service activities.
Proactivity, attention to details and good communication skills.
Fluency in Italian and English.
