SLS Ocean Beach

SLS Ocean Beach is a branded residential collection in Puerto Cancún. Its smaller number of homes and hospitality-influenced shared spaces distinguish it from the wider SLS neighbourhood, whose other towers have separate delivery histories. The boutique residential collection contains 92 homes. The design team named by Inmobilia includes Arquitectonica and Bernardi+Peschard, with Related Group, U-Calli and Inmobilia as development partners. The marketed programme includes a double-height lobby and residents’ recreation spaces.
