Scrum Master - Remote inside México

About the role:

You´ll participate with a top client in projects related to the development of automation processes for a wide variety of Industries

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong Understanding of Scrum Framework, Agile Methodologies and Jira
• Plan and facilitate Scrum activities/ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensuring the breakdown of work. Force the breakdown of stories into substories, tasks, spikes, etc. 
• Work with team members on backlog and processes.
• Help build the schedule for deliverables. (Development timeline, PMO would be ultimately responsible for the schedule). Resource mapping/loading, what is our capacity? (Project is what we need to do, team should be focused on who needs to do what).
• Resource balancing. Strategically identify if the schedule requires more resources than the team currently has.
• Collaborate with clients or end users to understand business requirements.
• Act as a liaison between development teams and product management to ensure appropriate project processes are followed.
• Identify and resolve impediments that may slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestones.
• Escalation of risk issues outside of the development group to other management levels. (if we fall behind during the sprint, we don’t just accept that, we try to push it and identify what can be done). Take what is going on and identify issues to the right groups that can do something about it.
• Advanced English Communication.

Nice-to-have (extra skills):

• Certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster - CSM) is preferred.
