Video Editor
Responsibilities:
Edit clips of varying lengths into short-form and mid-form UGC videos using various editing styles tailored to different platforms
Apply engaging text overlays, small graphic animations, effects, and transitions to enhance storytelling
Optimize edits for platform-specific engagement (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.)
Utilize AI-powered tools for efficient editing without compromising quality
Manage a high volume of projects while ensuring quick turnarounds
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a consistent brand voice and creative vision
Translate and adapt English content into Spanish, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and engagement
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
2+ years of experience editing for DTC paid social media marketing with a focus on UGC content
Strong grasp of social media trends, pacing, and engagement tactics for performance-driven content
Experience in both traditional editing techniques but also AI-powered tools
Proven ability to handle high-volume projects with fast turnaround times
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation (text effects, transitions, light graphic elements)
Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong translation skills for video content
