Procurement Sourcing Support
Position: GPS Buyer
Contract Duration: 12 months with potential for permanent employment
Salary: $19,000 per month plus superior benefits
About the Role: Are you a self-driven individual with a passion for procurement? We are looking for a dynamic GPS Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of procurement activities, ensuring efficiency and cost savings.
Key Responsibilities:
- KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to peers as assigned.
- RFQ Projects: Gather necessary information to initiate RFQ projects on various platforms or with different internal teams promptly.
- RFQ Execution: Conduct comprehensive RFQ processes and support functional users efficiently.
- Supply Source Development: Identify and develop supply sources to secure savings while complying with qualification processes.
- Contract Management: Serve as the point of contact for the contract management process with category teams.
- Supplier Follow-Up: Address supplier inquiries and roadblocks via email and phone.
- Team Interaction: Frequently interact with procurement teams, including buyers, managers, and category specialists.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced English proficiency
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Additional Requirements:
- Recent graduates or students nearing graduation are encouraged to apply
