Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand high-level business requirements and translate them into detailed, clear, and actionable functional and non-functional
requirements.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Prepare business process diagrams, user stories, and business requirements documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Have proven experience with the Agile way of Working – writing user stories, acceptance criteria, grooming, in-sprint testing/ UAT, and working on the squad.
• Help in troubleshooting issues. When necessary, report issues and errors to the Dev Team and checking the relative requirements and if needed, updating them.
What We’re Looking For:
• 6 -10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Good experience in Banking domain, loan and lending ecosystem.
• Knowledge of RCI / RTI
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proactive contributor
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with Product Owners and development teams in an Agile environment.
