Job DescriptionEmployee Type: Contingent (2 years contract)
1. Develop and revise training document (Maintenance Training Programme, Training Notes & Instructor Presentation) as assigned.
2. The delivery of training appropriately in accordance with the authorisation held and the policy of this Exposition.
3. Prepare audio/visual aids necessary in support of the courses planned.
4. Conduct ‘CAAM Non-Approved Training’ as per the Master Roster QF 07-M-004. Always maintain high standard of instructional technique.
5. Maintain a high level of discipline and punctuality amongst students and ensure the regulations of Engineering Training are always properly conveyed and adhered.
6. Ensure that all training aids are correctly utilized and maintained.
7. Ensure that classroom is tidied at the end of each instructing day.
8. Prepare course completion report.
9. As a mentor to guide and coach weak students in their academic performance and compilation of students’ progress reports.
10. Research and review training methods to enhance the level of training.
