Support implementation of the In-store merchandising model aimed at addressing shopper needs, building on the model developed by the regional commercial excellence team which meet the country’s needs.
Work with the Marketing team, Sales Retail and store offtake Lead to run targeted activation campaigns at store level
Assist in compiling reports on campaign performance, customer feedback, and sales data to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement
Support in BTL activities of launch/re-launch plan.
Dress up store to highlight new launch/re-launch.
Following up & Monitoring post launch via feedback, report, market visit.
Support Brand Marketing team to run targeted activation campaigns at stores for shoppers – store display, trade on-ground.
Work closely with the sales team for identifying the set of core SSO’s for deployment of the shop assistant/ product consultants, based on store classification. Ensure the shop assistants are well-trained and equipped on the needed skills, tools and information.
Assist in compiling reports on campaign performance, customer feedback, and sales data to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
Comply with relevant local regulations and HSES policies and guidelines
Promoting safety behavior amongst In-store shop, field team and vendors
• Bachelor’s degree required in any related field; preferably in Marketing, Business or related course
• Strong interest in retail and channel marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Self-starter, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal communication skills) and strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
