Job Description

• Responsible for carrying out lab works on new product and colour development
• Responsible for conducting tests to support technical service functions
• Responsible for assisting in the quality control activities when required 
• Carrying out product development and quality control activities as assigned by chemists.
• Helping at technical services and line-trial activities if required.
• Responsible for the general cleanliness and orderliness of laboratory areas and function rooms.
• Helping out with production and manufacturing work when required.
• Recognize that health and safety are the responsibility of every employee; take reasonable care of oneself and others.
• Comply with Beckers Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures relevant to the role. Identify and report unsafe conditions, and escalate concerns to EHS Managers, Officers, and Supervisors as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/ MCE or Diploma
• Minimum 2 year relevant experience in colour matching 
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Willing to travel within the region

• To be fully competent in the use of IT systems and software including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint

• Good command in English with excellent communication skills.
