About the role:
Are you a skilled (Senior) Recruiter (m/f/d) passionate about finding talent for corporate and office functions. Join our team and take ownership of hiring for a variety of roles in these areas, contributing directly to the growth of Europe’s leading e-pharmacy. This position offers a hybrid work set-up with our Headquarter office, near Venlo in the Netherlands, being your main office location.
In this role, you'll lead end-to-end recruiting, from candidate selection, sourcing on LinkedIn or other relevant platforms to interviewing, managing stakeholder relationships and collaborating on impactful recruiting projects. Your expertise in data-driven recruiting will be essential for refining and enhancing our hiring processes.
About your tasks:
Conduct full-cycle recruitment for roles in departments including but not limited to office functions such as finance, HR, legal, sustainability or facility management, ensuring top talent aligns with our company’s needs.
Actively source candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, building a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.
Use recruiting data to analyze and refine our hiring strategies, identifying areas for improvement.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, coach them on interview best practices and work together to offer optimal candidate experience.
Qualifications
About you:
Several years of experience in recruiting across different departments with a focus on corporate or office functions.
Deep understanding of recruiting for corporate functions on the Dutch market. Additional knowledge of cross-border (Germany-Netherlands) recruiting practices; French, Belgian or Italian market knowledge is a plus.
Background in recruiting for e-commerce firms or experience with fast-paced companies is a big plus.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting, including LinkedIn sourcing, interviewing techniques, stakeholder management and using data to drive recruitment.
You're enthusiastic about taking on additional projects to make the recruiting process even better.
Business fluency in English and in either Dutch or German is required.
