To organize the flow of materials and information to ensure the Best factory operates at its highest potential. Your goal is to enable smooth production planning and execution — without interruptions.

Your challenge
Production Planning: You initiate the short- and mid-term production plans and ensure flawless execution. You’re also the go-to person for handling production exceptions.
Production Orders: You create and manage production orders to support execution.
Material Planning: As the primary contact for suppliers, you coordinate material call-offs and proactively resolve any supply challenges.
Stock Management: Responsible for weekly count + yearly at external warehouse
Master Data Management - You are the key user for production-based master data: Item Master/ BOM/ Routing etc.
Outbound Logistics: You take full ownership of outbound logistics to our external finished product warehouse.
Be responsible for tracking and reporting production KPI’s
Lead weekly production planning meeting
Arrange sample shipments for head office and/or Sales teams
What you'll need
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Technical Business Studies, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food industry
Strong MS Office skills — especially Excel
Experience working with ERP systems – preferably SAP
Excellent communication skills in Dutch, and a good command of English
A detail-oriented and highly analytical approach
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including when things aren’t fully defined and priorities shift
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A self-starting attitude and eagerness to learn quickly — you’re not afraid of the unknown
A high level of energy, motivation, and enthusiasm
