A Day in the Life

We are looking for you: a driven professional who excels in navigating diverse communication and supportive tasks that enhances care for people with diabetes while strengthening our business relationships and internal processes.
If you are a proactive connector, keen to make an impact, with a passion for collaboration, this role is for you! You will work from the Medtronic Heerlen office two days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the rest of the week. Serving the Benelux region, our Funding and distribution team focuses on delivering innovative solutions for people with diabetes and support to our diverse network of partners and stakeholders.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Collecting, coordinating, and controlling the processing of Medtronic Diabetes product order requests (insulin pump and CGM)
Create and adjust patient accounts
Check and process all documentation, so the order can be processed for delivery & invoicing
Connect with Training Team, so patient training can be scheduled
The funding & distribution team provides information to Salesforce and Management on outstanding/expected sales, according to the data in the system
Improve processes with an entrepreneurial mind set
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Strong/fluent oral and written language skills in: Dutch and English. It is a plus if you have French language skills
Being able to be flexible and work in a dynamic environment
Someone who enjoys contact with patients and internal and external stakeholders
Be able to transform the work environment. Have an entrepreneurial spirit constantly challenging the status quo to increase efficiency
Be a team player and partner
