Integrated Marketing Manager
About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of multi-channel go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This role will focus on building brand awareness, supporting sales efforts, and driving customer retention across various channels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B software marketing and a passion for creating cohesive campaigns that deliver measurable impact. You will report directly into our Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns that integrate multiple channels and tactics to create cohesive GTM campaigns.
- Brand Awareness: Own and integrate strategic planning and execution to build brand presence plays in key verticals and regions through events, trade shows, brand partnerships, sponsorships, print, and PR.
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team and the wider marketing team to support outbound strategies, leveraging enablement and content to drive a healthy, quality pipeline and convert opportunities into won deals.
- Customer Lifecycle Marketing: Develop and execute lifecycle marketing initiatives across multiple channels to boost customer retention and engagement across customer touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to align on goals, share insights, and drive campaign performance.
- Content Creation and Production Support: Oversee the creation of marketing content across various formats to support campaigns and messaging (e.g., blog posts, social media content, videos, webinars), and provide support for the production of marketing materials.
What you bring to the table
- Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role, with proven experience leading cross-functional, full-funnel GTM campaigns for fast-paced, B2B software companies.
- Campaign Management: Experience managing campaigns across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Sales Collaboration: Experience working closely with sales and customer success teams to support pipeline generation, conversion, and customer retention efforts.
- Self-Starter: You are curious, driven, and work independently, taking full ownership of goals and metrics.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Webflow, Google Analytics, and Asana is highly preferred.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to use data to inform priorities, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate ROI.
- Marketing Trends: Stay up to date with the latest inbound and outbound marketing and sales trends to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
