Job Description
As a Global HR Process Specialist, you are responsible for the delivery of processes and solutions to our local HR departments. You provide a great (end)user experience by working with the local HR teams in our countries, while keeping processes aligned globally as much as possible. You guide the Local HR teams in your area of expertise; from identifying opportunities for development to the deployment and activation of HR solutions. You are committed to delivering end-to-end solutions that improve the lives of candidates, employees and managers.
The Global HR Process Specialist coordinates the implementation of brand-new HR processes driven by the latest developments in HR Technology and manages the improvement of existing processes. You will support (Sr.) HR Project managers and (Sr.) HR Process Specialists during the execution of large HR programs by preparing process designs, management presentations, coordinating sub tasks and/or other value added project tasks e.g. regarding training & communications
You easily find solutions to challenging situations and take a pragmatic approach to optimize business use whilst looking for sustainable solutions. Your goal is to provide a professional and smooth user experience for local HR teams and store employees. You will use your creativity and people skills to connect with all relevant stakeholders (from HR Directors to end-users), and get all the information you need to solve the puzzles on HR process related challenges.
On top of this, you will:
- Work in project teams completing (sub-)tasks with good results.
- Perform analyses and report on this within the project, and present outcomes to the Project Manager or Project Owner.
- Have a good understanding of project delivery methods and techniques and apply them effectively during project assignments.
- Have a good understanding of selected HR process areas through education, self-development and training-on-the-job as well as demonstrating proactiveness.
- Build an (internal) network and contribute to the development of our HR community (e.g. events, communications, team building).
- Have a basic understanding of HR solutions (e.g. Workday, Kainos, ServiceNow and Quinyx) and their functionalities in order to solve Frequently Asked HR Questions from countries.
- Work closely together with colleagues from HR Business Technology, ensuring HR processes are running smoothly in our HR systems while using their input to identify opportunities for improvement and innovations.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers and successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- You’ll report to the Head of Global HR Process Automation who is responsible for a team that consists of other Global HR Process Specialists and HR Project Leads that have a joined ambition to further automate our global HR processes at Rituals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management related area and around 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in an HR process optimization role and/or Consultancy role.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, helicopter view and analytical skills across various programs / platforms.
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
- Strong ability to develop highly effective partnerships across all levels, applying influence without using formal authority to deliver results.
- Curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo while maintaining a collaborative approach.
- Translating business requirements to solid solutions.
- Preferable experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Kainos, Quinyx and/or other HR solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with an eye for detail.
