how you will contribute
This is a unique opportunity for a high-potential internal talent, with energy and agility to step into a critical role at the crossroads of finance and transformation. As a senior role in the Group Performance & Control team, you will work with senior management, driving the integration of transformation priorities directly into Randstad’s financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making processes, as we move into the next phase of our partner for talent strategy. The role within the GPC team will collaborate across the FP&A and transformation & control team , along with the global transformation office and key business stakeholders.
This role isn’t just about tracking numbers—it’s about shaping how we create, measure, and sustain value. By connecting transformation initiatives to the broader corporate governance cycle, you’ll ensure our strategy is not only bold but financially anchored, data-driven, and operationally executable.
what you will be doing
1. Financial Planning & Performance Management
Lead the integration of transformation priorities into Randstad’s corporate planning and performance governance cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).
Provide critical insights and strategic guidance to senior leadership (ELT and SB), translating complex financial data into actionable recommendations that drive performance and accelerate strategic execution.
Proactively track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) directly linked to transformation initiatives, providing clear visibility on progress against strategic goals.
You'll be instrumental in connecting the dots between transformation activities and the overall financial health of Randstad.
2. Strategic Initiatives Governance & Performance
Develop and drive the roll out of the Strategy Dashboard and incorporated KPIs into the randstad governance cycle.
Develop and drive the end-to-end process from business case development to benefits tracking including, incorporating to the market transformation process via the global transformation office.
Partner with local deployment teams and transformation leads to validate, challenge, and improve business cases.
Own the benefit tracking process for transformation initiatives—embedded in our group-wide governance and reporting framework.
Drive insights and processes that enhance cash flow, working capital, and return on investment.
Support post-mortem evaluations of major initiatives to capture learnings and impact.
3. Finance business partnering
Lead monthly and quarterly closing processes. Partner with finance leadership and functional leaders to drive performance.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decisions
what you will bring
Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience: 7-10+ years in FP&A, business control, or financial analysis. Experience in OpCos or transformation projects is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and proficiency in Excel & financial systems.
Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to connect with and influence senior stakeholders, lead projects, and mentor junior team members.
Agility: Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, adapt to shifting demands, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Results Orientation: Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality results, taking initiative, and driving projects to successful completion.
Language: Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus).
