About the role:
Do you have a passion for Supply Chain Management? Join our team and lead the Demand & Supply Chain Planning Team for our Belgium and French market to ensure the optimal availability of products for our international webshops. Your focus will be on continuously improving end-to-end processes, implementing innovative supply planning and inventory strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and driving the growth of Redcare Pharmacy from a supply chain perspective.
Job Description
About your tasks:
Lead and develop the Demand & Supply Planning Team, enhance their planning capabilities, and provide agile support for tactical business requirements and daily operations.
Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) in Demand & Supply Planning with a focus on operational excellence.
Identify operational gaps and risks, establish standards for risk mitigation measures, and support your Team in achieving their goals.
Foster strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with departments such as Strategic Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Suppliers.
Continuously develop our supply chain by contributing to projects, for example, in collaboration with our Supply Chain Excellence Team.
Qualifications
About you:
You have at least 2–3 years (more experience is welcome!) of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
You possess relevant knowledge and experience in supply planning, order and receipt processing, and inventory management within a commercial organization.
You demonstrate leadership skills, are a self-starter and quick learner, and have strategic thinking abilities to drive operational excellence.
You have expertise in ERP and planning software as well as analytical skills for risk mitigation and problem identification.
Proficiency in both French (at least B2) and English is required.
