Job Summary:

The Sales Analyst sits in the Organizational Management & Transformation Function and is a partner to our commercial, sales and supply chain teams to achieve pre-sales and post-sales excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Reporting & Insights

• Leveraging Power BI reports & analytics to drive insights and recommendations for Key Account Managers
• Creating excel models and reports to identify patters/trends in historical sales data
• Review the gap/excess of sales to the monthly target
• Create a plan of action with key account managers to address the gap to target
• Sales Follow up with key account managers (post-sales review)

Pricing & Customer Management

• Update power points & reports for key business meetings (internal & external)
• Co-author the Bi-Weekly Newsletter
• Co-ordinate key customer visits requirements
• Co-ordinate team visits requirements

• Pricing management & registration in collaboration with the FP&A team
• Rebates registration, review and reconciliation at end of year
• General support on updating customer master data

Demand & Order Management

• A partner to our demand planning team: Strive to achieve accurate demand planning through an action plan to address gap/excess of sales to monthly target
• Follow up credit blocked orders with key account managers
• Opportunity pipeline management

Education:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.

Work Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in sales or data analysis.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification:

Special Job Competencies:

• Business proficiency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in Excel (models, reports, etc.) & other MS tools.
• Skilled in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Capable of analyze complex sets of data and providing recommendations.
• Competent in sales forecasting, market trend analysis and reporting.
• Background in Food Industry/FMCG preferred.
