Personal Assistant II (GJA level 13) | COO Tech & transformation

We are looking for a driven and experienced Personal Assistant for our Head of Global Change & Transformation (C&T) Capabilities and the C&T Leads, which are  key members of the COO Tech & Transformation organization.

The leadership team of COO Tech & Transformation includes C&T Leads for Tech, Wholesale Banking, Retail and Group Functions, as well as the heads of Global C&T Capabilities, Product & Service Management and Reporting & Insights and Development & Support.

Your main responsibility will be the day-to-day support of the Head of Global C&T Capabilities.  You will also support C&T Leads where required, taking into account common meetings etc.  You need to demonstrate strong time management skills as well as strong communication skills. The challenge in this role is to manage the day-to-day schedule with great energy and operational discipline, to ensure the Heads and C&T Leads keeps focus on their key responsibilities.  Your ability and willingness to collaborate closely with other colleagues is crucial for the success of this position.  We offer a great place to work for colleagues who are role models in Orange Behaviours. 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Diary management - On a day-to-day basis scheduling appointments and pro-actively managing the diary. Assessing priority, sensitivity, and purpose of appointments.
  • Performing administrative tasks and taking care of the administrative handling of new staff/transfers/leavers, expense management.
  • Make travel / accommodation arrangements
  • Supporting in organising event and set-up (larger) meetings involving the Head, C&T Leads and their direct reports.
  • Plan and manage all business and social events for the department.
  • Coordinate office services, such as IT/helpdesk, personnel etc

  • Solid track record in secretarial experience, high degree of organizational awareness (how to get things done in the organization)
  • Knowledge of (ING) standard tools such as Workday and Aveksa is a prerequisite.
  • Good MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent Dutch and English language skills (written as well as spoken)
  • Ability to work in an environment with fast changing priorities.
  • Conscientious, accurate and approachable
  • Good organizational skills and structured way of working; exceptional follow through, focus and attention to detail.
