The ASML EUV Image Sensor team is responsible for delivering cutting-edge image sensors to qualify the EUV light that is used to expose patterns on wafers. We are a motivated team of engineers and architects. We have an interesting internship assignment to provide you with hands-on experience in analyzing data derived from parallel image sensors, specifically focusing on correlating camera signal-based measurement with the performance and behaviors of associated subsystems.
A lithography system is a complex but precise imaging system. Such a system consists of complex interactions between multiple subsystems such as optics, sensor modules, stages, thermal management, vacuum system and power delivery. Understanding how variations/noise in subsystems behavior impact the captured signal is critical for improving image quality, reliability and performance. You will assist in analyzing large datasets containing image sensor outputs and correlate these with subsystems logs (e.g. temperature, voltage, stage movement, timing etc.) to help pinpoint the source of the noise.
