The Lifecycle Marketing team plays a huge role in Bynder's growth and ability to scale. Touching every moment from prospective buyer to loyal customer we contribute to acquisition, adoption, loyalty and retention. A key part of Bynder's growth, Lifecycle Marketing partners closely with Product, Customer Success, Field and Performance Marketing, Operations, and Sales. This results in a truly collaborative and cross-functional role.
In this role, you will help to plan, build, launch, and analyze Prospect, Customer and Partner lifecycle campaigns across, but not limited to, email, in app and webinars. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to Lifecycle Marketing and experience in a high-performing Marketing team!
What you will do:
Contribute to the development and execution of Customer, Partner and Prospect email programs
Be a marketing scientist! Conduct frequent experiments using channel, audience, and content
Identify and make improvements to our CRM system, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Research ideas, and feed into the creation of continued email and in app program improvements
Ensure all emails are on-brand and support to maintain below average unsubscribe rates, spam or bounce rates, and other negative indicator
What you have:
You need to be available for a minimum of 6 months full-time internship. Starting ASAP!
You follow an education in Marketing or in a related field
You need to be fluent in English
You possess top-notch communication skills in speaking and in writing
You have an undying motivation to help and learn new things
You need to be enrolled in a Dutch university throughout the whole duration of the internship
