Our goal is to improve speed, quality, and agility in our business processes through SAP platforms. The SAP Platform team is seeking a SAP Technical Project Manager to lead complex SAP projects and shape the future of SAP technology at ASML.
As an SAP Technical Project Manager, you will bridge IT business-facing teams and SAP technology teams, ensuring smooth project execution. Your responsibilities include:
Creating and managing project timelines to ensure milestones align with business goals.
Defining project scope in collaboration with stakeholders to establish clear objectives and deliverables.
Translating business requirements into technical solutions that deliver measurable value.
Communicating with stakeholders, including executives and team members, to provide updates and maintain engagement.
Identifying risks, addressing issues proactively, and keeping the project on track.
Conducting project reviews, tracking progress, and reporting on status and any necessary adjustments.
Leading a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high-performance delivery.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years managing technical SAP projects.
Experience leading large-scale SAP implementations.
PMP or SAP certifications are a plus.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Expertise in project management methodologies (SAFe, Waterfall, Scrum) and selecting the best approach per project.
Strong technical background in SAP, particularly S/4HANA, SAP on Azure, SAP Business Technology Platform, and SAP Integration.
Ability to solve technical challenges efficiently and make sound decisions.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with change management to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions.
Leadership skills to inspire teams and drive successful project execution.
Strong time management to prioritize tasks and keep projects on schedule.
