Once hired for this vacancy you will be the Safety Specialist supporting TF Motion.
The EHS Specialist within the TWINSCAN Factory - Operational Excellence organization:
Provides expertise & support in EHS activities of the organization.
Contributes to incident management
Leads high risk incident investigations (Kelvin Topset)
Conducts Risk analysis (Ri&E, JHA)
Co-develops the safety roadmap to Increases the Safety culture and performance.
Preferable experience in driving safety culture/maturity improvement initiatives.
Is regarded as expert in EHS management. (ISO45001).
Works jointly in a team with in total of 8 experts who are responsible for the EHS structure.

You are in possession of minimal Bachelor degree and a Safety Education (MVK, IVK, HVK, Nebosh);
Experienced (Occupational Health & Safety) in Risk inventory methods (e.g. IMA-A, JHA);
Preferably knowledge of ISO 45001 and other safety management systems such as VCA;
You have knowledge of applicable local laws and regulations
You have minimum 5 years’ experience in a Manufacturing organization.

Is able to communicate clearly, concisely and directly to peers and customers

Other information
AS EHS Specialist you collaborate with the EHS team of D&E, S&SC, Manufacturing, CS, CRE or Corporate EHS.
Interfaces mainly with EHS manager of own team and with leaders/ stakeholders of own sector. As a fully competent professional, plans and conducts work that requires judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and adaptation/modification of standard techniques and procedures.
Advises on content subjects, making proposals for translating given policies to business situations.
Manages large, complex EHS projects and serves as an expert-level EHS resource to business managers.
