As a Consultant at myneva you help your customers make the right choice. Customers rely on you for your substantive expertise, sense of responsibility and ability to adapt quickly. You know what the customer needs so that you can translate them into myneva software. You advise, guide and support the setup of our Electronic Client Dossier (ECD).
Your work consists of discussing work processes with the customer, thinking about where it could be more efficient and translate this into the design of myneva. You ask questions, think along with the customer and ensure that the correct (management) information can be extracted from myneva. You are responsible for thorough implementations of myneva. You maintain the relationship with your customers by visiting them on location or by performing work remotely.
You work independently with clients or in a project team with other consultants and/or specialists. You are innovative and know better than anyone else what the latest trends & developments are within healthcare and in the IT field and also transfer this knowledge to your clients and colleagues. You do all this naturally through your involvement, curiosity and your natural talent for setting the right priorities.You are:
A conversation partner for our clients, know how to empathize with their work processes and needs and advise them proactively.
Independent, representative, driven, result-oriented, communicative and flexible.
Willing to travel to different locations in the Netherlands.
In addition, you have:
A completed relevant Bachelor or Master education.
At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience, for example in a similar consulting position with experience in process management.
An excellent command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
Experience with the independent execution of ICT implementations is an advantage.
Affinity with and knowledge of the ECD market is a plus.
