Job Description

We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and proactive individuals who have hands on transformation management experience and are passionate about delivering tangible results for clients.

Change and transformation is at the heart of our Programme Advisory service. We work across the entire lifecycle, conducting diagnostic reviews, designing operating models, delivering transformation programmes, and managing business change activity to embed new ways of working.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a programme across multiple work streams, ensuring all projects are aligned and progressing according to schedule.
  • Implementing Commercial-Of-The-Shelf (COTS) system; leading the selection, purchase, and integration of COTS software and hardware products to fulfill organizational requirements.
  • Prioritizing the team's workload to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
  • Synthesize team inputs and data to formulate coherent and actionable recommendations.
  • Engaging with customer stakeholders, presenting recommendations and project updates to senior leadership.
  • Developing and/or leading training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer to the client's workforce, ensuring they are equipped to use and maintain the COTS systems effectively.
  • Supervising and mentoring of junior staff (where applicable).

Qualifications

  • University degree and Programme Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Programme and/or Project Management within a complex change environment with multiple workstreams.
  • Proven track record in the public sector and/or defence sector, ideally from a consulting perspective.
  • Experience with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) system implementation.
  • Experience of managing stakeholders within large and complex organizations.
  • Experience of designing and facilitating client workshops.
  • Experience in delivering tangible results on change and transformation projects through the application of business change methodologies; Change management and transformation qualifications are favorable (e.g., MSP, APMG Change Management, Prosci).
  • Proficiency in Office 365.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Additional information

  • Must possess or be eligible for security clearance.
  • Expected to be on site 5 days per week.
