The Team

The Finance Operations Team focuses on optimising group finance systems and finance processes across all Heimstaden countries, defining best practise and the Heimstaden Way of Working within the Finance area and structure this work with a long-term ambition to establish a Shared Services Centre for core finance processes.  .
 

Job Description

Your core responsibilities encompass:

  • Identify and implement best practices for finance processes across all countries within the portfolio. 
  • Drive initiatives to streamline and automate finance processes, enhancing efficiency and quality 
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Group Finance Systems (MS D365 FO, Semine, and Rydoo), secure system alignment with group operational guidelines and manuals. Ensure systems are integrated and functioning efficiently to support business operations 
  • Develop and maintain key operational guidelines and manuals for all countries within the portfolio, with a core focus on those countries onboarded to the future group platform of finance systems
  • Master Data Management on key financial dimensions within group finance systems (Chart of Accounts, project/project categories, Procurement categories, account structures). Secure alignment with other departments such as Group Financial Controlling and Group Business Controlling. 
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish a Shared Services Centre for core finance processes. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the Shared Services Centre meets the needs of the organization. 
  • Work closely with other departments and senior management to align finance operations with overall business objectives. 
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations. 
  • Subject to experience, to lead and manage the Group Accounting Team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while utilising the GAT scope as a sandbox for development across the Group

Qualifications

To fit this role, we look for you who has:

  • Minimum master’s degree in finance  
  • Extensive background within core finance processes
  • Experience with ERP and finance automation tools (e.g., Microsoft D365 FO, Semine, Rydoo) is an advantage.
  • Preferably experience from similar roles
  • Skilled verbal and written business English
