The Sony Europe Development Centre (EUDC) in Oslo strive to maintain a global lead in imaging and become the worldwide leader in the field of sensing applications through integrated development, design and production of CMOS image sensors for Automotive products and industry.
We are now looking for a Physical Implementation Engineer to take ownership of the physical implementation of the digital logic in our CMOS image sensors. You have extensive experience with full synthesis, place and routing, and verification of digital logic.
You will work with industry-standard EDA tools (Encounter DI, DesignCompiler, PrimeTime, IC-Compiler, RedHawk, Calibre, StarRC) for logic synthesis, implementation, and verification.
At the stage of silicon validation and mass production, it is required to support the evaluation of the chip function and reliability.
You will work with cross-functional teams (logic design, DFT, product engineering, and functional safety teams), and multi-cultural teams in both Europe and Japan.
