The Recruiter and Mobility Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes across different markets, supporting recruitment efforts in some countries, and leading the process in others. This role will also involve organising and coordinating the movement of Team Members from one country to another for short or long term assignments. Additionally, the Recruiter and Mobility Manager will handle relationships with service providers who hire contractors in markets where we do not have a fully established local entity and therefore cannot directly employ people yet.
To support in this, the Recruiter and Mobility Manager will be responsible for implementing robust processes and procedures to make the day-to-day functioning of the end-to-end recruitment cycle and Team Member Mobility lifecycle effective, efficient and positively engaging for all those involved. This will include assisting and guiding hiring managers through the relevant processes whilst ensuring that the correct steps are taken from an internal process perspective as well as legal compliance requirements.
A large component of this role will be assisting in company scale up initiatives in new markets, which will involve recruitment drives and means that some travel will be needed when being involved in these activities. Understanding the local organisation structure as well as needs will be very important, and at times, this position will be required to support with the coordination of onboarding activities during these times.
As markets mature, the main focuses will shift to supporting on relevant recruitment needs which will be replacements or newly created roles as well as facilitating internal transfers from one market to another.
Looking after and maintaining our HR systems and data bases relevant to these processes will be important as well as accurately keeping employee or candidate information and documentation whilst ensuring compliance to GDPR.
