Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Despatch Coordinator to join our Christchurch-based team, supporting our Queenstown branch. The role will be 20 hours a week.

The Role
In this key support role, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our client base. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to customer enquiries and requests, scheduling daily work for operators, monitoring and signing off run sheets, and coordinating driver activities. Strong communication is essential, as you'll also play a vital role in building lasting customer relationships and proactively notifying clients of any operational delays.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and effective time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
