Reporting to the National Technical Services Manager, you will take complete ownership of managing our clients’ property portfolio.
You will be responsible for account and client relationship management for contract allocated Trades. Managing contractual requirements to achieve contractual agreed KPIs & exceeding client’s expectations.
About the Role:
1- Revenue and gross margin targets, in line with fiscal budgets.
2- Invoicing.
3- WIP targets, aged debt targets.
