We’re looking for an NDC Trade Content & Training Manager (NDC Senior Specialist) to join our Distribution team and lead how we engage and enable the trade as we roll out NDC. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining agent-facing content, building self-service tools and training material, and ensuring both internal and external audiences are confident and equipped as our distribution model evolves.
This role is ideal for someone with a knack for simplifying complexity, who enjoys working across commercial, comms, and sales teams, and who understands how important the right content and training are to successful channel change. You’ll play a key part in preparing the trade for what’s next.
