Mō te tūranga | What you’ll be doing 

This role is essential for maintaining and addressing the technical enterprise needs of our Oracle Fusion environment. It plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation and ongoing enhancement of our financial ERP system. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage a roadmap, and oversee the backlog of business requirements. Collaborating closely with the business, you will articulate innovative system uses while ensuring compliance and assurance.

To thrive in this role, you will be a highly skilled and experienced Systems Accountant with experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, along with the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.  

• Professional certifications in Oracle ERP systems or other similar systems.  

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across the business. 

• A proactive and innovative approach to process improvement. 

• Strong time management, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritise projects effectively. 

• A commercial mindset to stay on top of market trends and opportunities for improvement. 

• Demonstrated problem-solving capability.
