This dual-role position is a combination of storeroom operations and grocery department responsibilities, offering an exciting opportunity for someone with forklift experience who thrives in a dynamic working environment. Our Storeroom and Grocery department play a vital role in ensuring our customers have access to high quality products in an appealing and well organised setting.

About the Role: We’re offering a full-time, permanent position for a skilled Forklift Driver to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with Forklift experience looking to start their career in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Days and hours: Monday – Thursday, 05:00 – 13:30 & Sunday, 05:00 – 13:30

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift to unload deliveries and manage stock movement
• Goods receipt and distribute deliveries to departments
• Maintain storage systems and back stocks
• Merchandise the retail shop in the ambient areas
• Provide excellent customer service
• Create visually appealing displays and maintain stock levels
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Current forklift license
• Good level of physical fitness, and, the ability to lift and handle stock
• Exceptional personal presentation and customer service ability
• Strong attention to detail for stock control and safety procedures
