Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Senior Faculty Administrator to join Te Here Tāura Rangahau - Faculty of Graduate Research (FGR) on a fixed-term contract for twelve months to cover maternity leave. This position is suitable to an individual that is adaptable, able to prioritise busy workloads and deals with sensitive issues in a confidential manger, while processing strong customer-focus for effectively building and maintaining relationships across the University.
This role is split across the faculty to provide support to the Examinations team, Research Development Coordinator, Dean and Manager of the FGR.

You will be an experienced administrator that is used to multi-tasking, motivated, customer-focused individual who can take the initiative, provide excellent administration and policy compliance.
You will thrive in this role with an excellent manner with people, strong attention to detail, self-management skills and enjoy working with a diverse client group.
