About the role:
As a Bid Writer, you will support Cushman & Wakefield’s New Zealand business by producing high-quality proposals, tenders, case studies, capability statements and presentations to win new and retain existing Integrated Facilities Management opportunities. You will be responsible for developing clear, concise, and compelling customer-focused content for various pre-bid opportunities, expressions of interest, requests for information, and requests for proposal. This includes tailoring baseline content from our service book library and creating bespoke content with input from subject matter experts and other key stakeholders. You will ensure that all content aligns with the client-specific ‘win strategy’ and may also assist with bids in other areas of the business.
