Our Service Desk team play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across the business, providing the technical expertise to enable our people to succeed every day.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join the team on a 12 month fixed-term basis. You’ll provide friendly and efficient technical support to IT system users, helping them overcome technical challenges with their hardware, software, and systems. You’ll ensure that users can work without interruption, while promoting best practices in IT security and system usage.
The role requires working on-call one in every four weeks.
