Base Salary: PHP 18,000 - 28,000

Explore Diverse Customer Service Roles, Including:

• Auto Insurance: Assist customers in understanding their auto insurance options and effectively manage their inquiries and claims.
• Customer Service: Manage individual customer accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support regarding products or services.
• Healthcare: Handle accounts related to patients, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders in the healthcare system.
• Telecommunication (Telco): Support individual consumers or businesses using telecommunications services such as mobile phones, landlines, internet, and television services.
• Travel and Hospitality: Assist with reservations, cancellations, inquiries, and support for travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and more.
• Financial Services: Address customer inquiries related to banking, credit cards, loans, insurance, and other financial products.
• Retail: Support customers with orders, returns, product information, and general inquiries for retail companies.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• At least High School diploma (old curriculum) or Senior High School diploma (new curriculum).
• Excellent computer navigational skills.
• Good oral and written communication ability.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and work well with a team.
• Able to manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous BPO experience is a plus, but not required.
