Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of AP agents
Conduct training, coaching, providing insights and action plans for improvement.
Analyze and report on productivity metrics, including attendance, end-of-day reports, and compliance with company protocols.
Ensure the client is updated on key program activities, issues, and concerns through calls, emails, meetings, and reports.
Process invoices and payments
Review, approve, and validate GL codes
Communicate with clients regarding discrepancies or inquiries related to assigned tasks
Perform other supervisory tasks as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
Must have a previous experience in handling Accounts Payable transactions
At least 6 months of experience as a Team Leader
Can communicate effectively using English Language, written and verbal
Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shift
