Day-to-day responsibilities: 

• Maintain and oversee financial accounting system for Kroll Government Solutions (“KGS”) which separate from Kroll’s accounting system.
• Responsible for ensuring vendor invoices are recorded correctly in NetSuite and paid on time.
• Responsible for monthly AR collection calls.
• Responsible for monthly client billing process and ensuring client invoices are recorded correctly.
• Responsible for processing and reviewing bi-monthly payroll.
• Manage missing and draft time entries and ensure weekly and monthly utilization analyses is accurate.
• Prepare general ledger entries and reconcile accounts on a monthly basis. 
• Responsible for monthly upload of local book activity to Kroll’s accounting system. Reconcile local accounting books to Kroll’s accounting system and ensure both set of books match.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet tie out.
• Prepare and analyze financial statement fluctuations as well as supplemental financial statement reporting package.
• Responsible for annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts as well as monthly analysis of budget to actuals.
• Prepare documentation and assist with external audit requests.

Essential traits: 

• Advanced and strong knowledge of English.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent reviewing skills, on hard copy or digital.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
