What is this role about?
The role is responsible for leading the end-to-end engineering function for
infrastructure projects, including Retail, Electrification, and multi-revenue station (MRS) developments.
In addition, this role oversees the planning, design, review, and
technical quality of engineering outputs, ensuring compliance with
regulatory standards and alignment with project timelines and
budgets. It also serves as a key technical liaison among internal
teams and external partners, while continuously improving engineering
practices and tools.
Furthermore, the role plays a critical role in ensuring projects are
delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and
regulatory standards. By maintaining high engineering standards,
resolving technical issues efficiently, and driving continuous
improvement, this role directly supports the company’s goals of
operational excellence, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and
timely infrastructure deployment—which are essential for enabling
business growth and customer satisfaction.
What will YOU do?
- Lead the
planning, design, and technical review of infrastructure projects
for Retail, Electrification, and MRS initiatives;
• Oversee
the preparation, review, and approval of engineering designs,
technical drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs);
• Ensure
all engineering deliverables comply with relevant regulatory
standards, including DOE, BFP, PEZA, and LGU requirements;
• Collaborate
with Project Management, Construction, and Operations teams to
ensure seamless execution of engineering components;
• Provide
technical support to construction teams, including resolving
design clarifications, adaptations, and managing change requests;
• Conduct
and manage relationships with consultants, designers, and
third-party engineering service providers;
• Develop
and maintain engineering resource plans, schedules, and capacity
forecasts to meet project timelines;
• Lead the
continuous improvement of design standards, engineering tools, and
internal workflows;
• Conduct
site validations, audits, and provide technical troubleshooting
support as needed;
• Monitor
engineering performance and implement corrective actions to
address quality, cost, or timeline issues;
• Performs
other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
What will YOU need?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical,
Electrical Engineering (Required)
- Master's Degree in Engineering
Management or related field (Preferred but not required)
- Licensed
Professional Engineer (PRC Registered).
- COSH/BOSH certification
(Preferred but not required).

Minimum 7 years of engineering experience in fuel
and major construction projects.
Experience working on retail,
commercial, EV charging stations, or small infrastructure projects is
preferred
- Strong background in infrastructure design
(Retail, Commercial, Site, Land and High Rise Development).
- Expertise
in engineering codes and standards: NFPA, API, ASME, DOE Regulations,
PEZA/BFP codes.
- Skilled in using AutoCAD, MS Project, and
technical drawing management.
- Analytical mindset for design
troubleshooting and risk identification.
- Strong leadership,
communication, and stakeholder management skills.
