Job Description:

  • Executes day to day transactions within defined IFRS standard and operating procedure.
  • Performs monthly period end closing activities.
  • Performs monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Executes monthly GRC control self-assessment.
  • Assists in monthly tax preparation.
  • Prepares financial reports.
  • Ensures to provide timely and accurate accounting to reporting execution deliverables for the L&S Americas and connect with the Region Controlling Team
  • Ensures reconciliations and explanations are being done, highlighted, and provide for Center requirements such as narrative files, MPR, and pre/post close requirements
  • Ensures analysis are done and provide requirements to Tax Team for internal and external review
  • Ensures Transfer Pricing studies are being concluded and provided as per timeline and statutory requirements
  • Ensures that external audit is completed per internal deadline and prior to CIT filing
  • Participates and involves in ATR automations and projects to drive process efficiencies
  • Analyzes financial trends and reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinates and supports stakeholders in day-to-day activities.
  • Other tasks that can be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • 3 or more years relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel
  • SAP knowledge or Dynamics is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Good communication skills
  • Confidentiality and discretion of a very high level is expected
  • Capable of meeting very strict deadlines and flexible to work in a team environment
  • Highly energetic and self-motivated, proactive and resourceful
  • Able to adapt successfully to multiple tasks that occur in a rapidly changing environment and to perform in highly interruptive conditions to meet time pressures/deadlines
  • Willing to take on stretched goals, and to go above and beyond for urgent work requirements
  • Amenable to work on night shift schedule
