As the Senior Product Owner / Analytics Dev, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth through data-driven insights. You will own the product backlog for growth-related analytics projects, defining and prioritizing the development of analytics solutions that empower strategic decision-making and optimize key performance metrics. You will work closely with analytics development teams and growth stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable analytics requirements and ensure the delivery of high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities:
Define requirements for growth analytics solutions aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with analytics development teams to design and implement projects
Own and prioritize product backlog for growth analytics initiatives
Act as liaison between growth stakeholders and analytics team
Define and track KPIs for growth analytics solutions
Collaborate with data science teams for advanced analytics opportunities
Participate in Scrum ceremonies for smooth execution
Refine product backlog based on performance data and stakeholder feedback
Stay informed about trends in growth analytics and data science
Focus on delivering actionable insights and measurable improvements in business performance
Make strategic decisions on project prioritization and requirements
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and development team on project progress and outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics)
3+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, with a focus on analytics
Strong understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence concepts
Experience with SQL and data analysis tools
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for data-driven decision-making and business growth
Experience in healthcare industry is preferred
Proficiency with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
