Duties and Accountabilities1
Conducts scheduled instructor-led global for audiences of varying role, size and level on the use of the Firm’s global HRIS based on the agreed business HR process
Partners with Align HR Operations, HR Operations Delivery, Product Owners to identify technology gaps and provide learning interventions
Designs, develops and deliver training programs on all global HRIS and applications during system implementation, upgrades and enhancements working with the assigned Project Managers and Working Groups
Authors and updates learning resources such as but not limited to user guides, videos, web-based and interactive materials following the Firm’s/Function’s visual identity guidelines
Manages training logistics to ensure that the training environment (classroom, online or hybrid) is conducive to effective learning
Develops and maintains training records such as annual class schedules, attendance trackers and learners’ lists using the Firm’s Learning Management System
Stores all learning materials all approved document management softwares/applications/sites ready for user adoption
Creates and updates all training administration training process maps and guide
Provides insights from various training resources i.e. formative/summative evaluation, training reports to identify gaps and learning opportunities to HRIS Training Manager
Creates, assists, releases the development of change management and communication plans for any People systems related activities
Designs and delivers training initiatives of the Function such as informational sessions, workshops and road-shows, including Train-the- Trainer(T3) sessions and knowledge transfers
Proactively provides feedback to improve system and/or process design.
Remains current on technical and on process knowledge to provide accurate and prompt response to issues received from end users.
Supports end users through phone, chat, remote computer access; escalates issues requiring 2nd tier support for resolution when appropriate.
Participates on special projects/tasks as assigned and guided by the HRIS Training Manager.
