We are looking for a qualified individual to join our Regulatory Reporting team as an Senior Associate, Fund Reporting. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland. The role involves preparing and submitting regulatory reports, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Regulatory Reporting: 

Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Process Transformation: 

Lead initiatives to transform existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Implementation of New Processes: 

Oversee the implementation of new processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Digital Tools Utilization: 

Explore and utilize digital tools and technologies to optimize and enhance reporting and operational processes.

  • Continuous Improvement: 

Drive continuous improvement efforts by analyzing current processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing innovative solutions.
 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, math, IT, econometrics, or the equivalent is required.
  • PC literacy, including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
  • Experience in transformation, project management, or project transitions would be an asset.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, with an ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure.
  • Experience with preparing financial statements would be an asset.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
