What you'll do

• Translate strategic business requirements into execution-focused initiatives for the team, including configuration and design
• Support in the technical design/solution for the product manager and solution architect
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions, leading to improved Product and service delivery outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing customer experience
• Customize software applications and maintain it or further develop it
• Advise on implementation of Software solution customization
• Provide technical Support, troubleshoots issues, and performs regular updates and maintenance
• Support creating documentation of solution and trainings for users

Who you are

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in Source-to-Contract processes and the implementation of procurement tools such as JAGGAER, SAP Ariba, and Logistics Sourcing Tools.
• Bring in-depth knowledge of integrating procurement solutions with ERP systems, optional with a strong preference for experience in S/4 HANA.
• Utilize exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and business partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, sustainable solutions and seamless end-to-end integration of procurement systems.
• Combine your deep understanding of business processes with IT expertise to contribute as a proactive and collaborative team player, driving innovative and impactful project outcomes.
• Leverage your experience with project management tools like ServiceNow and Jira/Confluence, along with a solid foundation in agile methodologies, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Communicate fluently in English (German language skills are an advantage) and demonstrate a willingness to travel occasionally to company sites across the globe.
